ORNL seeks a Consulting Team, hereinafter referred to as “Seller,” to study the existing configuration of the utility systems, organize past site strategies and studies into a comprehensive utility system plan and study. The utility master plan will support the goals and vision of ORNL as summarized in ORNL’s planning documents.  ORNL’s intent is to maintain, at a minimum, an annual update based on improvements, repairs, and failures and to provide a comprehensive update every five (5) years. The campus utility systems study will also include a utility master plan to determine existing capacities, estimate future consumption, evaluate current deficiencies, and identify improvements for reliability and redundancy.

Seller is responsible for performing any assessments of distribution systems or equipment plants.  Condition information will be provided by the Company.  Assessments of existing equipment are limited to data provided and walk-through visual inspections of equipment and discussions with the Company.
